I was wondering if anyone knows of a healthy way to start your morning without having a full breakfast but still have energy from your food

Well, calories are energy, so there's that.
But nothing says you need to eat breakfast food for breakfast. Anything you like and any amount that fits your calorie goal and contributes to feeling mostly full most of the time . . . that would be a good choice.
That said, some people do fine energy-wise skipping breakfast altogether, maybe having some coffee or tea and letting the caffeine create a bit of energy boost. (I'm not one of those people. I find I do best when I spend around 1/3 of my daily calories on a solid, filling breakfast with plenty of protein and a good bit of fiber. YMMV.)
What works best for each of us is a bit of an experimental process. Other people can give ideas to try, though.

A little more info would help. Do you mean full breakfast in UK sense (meat + eggs + beans etc.) or do you mean something else?
Whichever you mean by it, could you clarify what your concern with it is? Too much time to prep, too many calories, too filling, just not to your taste?
This would help people address your concerns.1
