Just began a couple weeks ago. I love it in my coffee. I'm not big on breakfast. I also have extreme wellness wraps with apple and cinnamon to complete my breakfast. So it helps me reach my protein and fiber goals.

    No. I don't think there's anything wrong with them, but . . .

In general, I think it's better (for health and satiety) to get as many nutrients as possible from food, rather than from supplements. I can reach and exceed my protein minimum goal via food, even as a vegetarian, so no need to supplement for that reason.

Also, I like food, but the protein supplements I've tried generally aren't tasty or satisfying to me. I'd rather spend my calories on tasty food than on non-tasty supplements.

But that's just me. If someone can't get adequate protein on reduced calories, protein supplements can be a useful product. And - unlike me - quite a few people seem to like the (often candy-like) flavors.

Your way of eating is yours, right? Other people can suggest things to try, or reasons to try them. But it's your decision. You're the one who needs to be healthy, full, energetic and happy.

I drink a protein shake…Premier Protein or FairLife are my favorites. 150-160 calories and 30g of protein. Without one I am challenged to reach my protein goal of 100-120g per day

Most days I can reach my protein goal without using them. But some days the meals simply don't have as much protein in them (pizza, hotdogs over a burn pit, etc) and need a boost. I also usually drink a protein shake immediately after a lifting workout, but mostly out of convenience: if I'm going home to prepare a meal right after I will skip, but if I'm going directly to work instead I will throw back a shake.

1/2 bottle of FairLife or Premier Protein (chocolate flavor), every day. My husband and I share a bottle. My daily maintenance calories allotment is very low (I am too old and too short), so I need a protein boost.

I do because I'm eat little meat and don't get enough protein, and for various reasons I need a lot of carbs throughout the day. A protein shake for me personally ads more protein without too many calories, without eating more meat and with not too many additional calories.

I've been supplementing lately with chuck beef roast cut into steaks, seems to be working pretty good. :#

Breakfast today was a protein shake = 1 scoop protein, 1 teaspoon creatine, 8oz grape juice, 8oz ice
and 4 hardboiled eggs (not in the shake). I like the flavor and the convenience.

I do, because I had bariatric surgery and I am currently hitting 100g protein daily on a (supervised) VLC diet. 20-30g daily comes from some sort of liquid protein.
