Hi I am new and I am using my calories and all that but i have so many left and I feel with all the food and all the excersise like im still just gaining weight is it normal to feel overly full? please someone help!

    Open up your diary..and lets see what's going on...go to your settings at the top and change it to open..add me if you want..and we can go from there..send me a message so I know what to look for..lol

    What are your settings? If you only have 30 lbs to lose you shouldn't choose more than 1/2 lb a week -- mayber 1lb /week just for the first 10 pounds.

    Also, up your protein, lower your carbs -- and eat good carbs (not processed flour crap)

    Hard to guess without knowing all the details and seeing your diary though :)
