Back at it

Hi!
I’ve used MFP off on for years. But, looking for more friends for accountability. I’ve found it’s harder to lose weight as I’ve gotten older, looking for friends that are 35 or older for any advice. Feel free to add me!

Hi, nice to meet you! You are spot on the difference when having accountability. I've been off and on working out and eating healthy. And feel do not have the age and luxury of time to slack-off anymore. I've had nearly fitness competition ready body in the past and slack thinking, oh I can go back to that anytime, but truth is: it is difficult for me. I've set out to eat healthy using this app and working out hard core at least 30 mins a day...I look fwd to seeing my results in 2 weeks. You already look amazing by the way. Best to you!

Hi nice to meet you. I am also a yo-yo user and I am 37 going on 38. I am also a current college freshman for the second time around. My biggest issues with other trackers were incorrect nutritional information (calories, fat, protein, carbs) and that you couldn't add exercise and have a water tracker in the app without downloading a new app. This is the first smartphone I have that supports MyFitnessPal app. Also it's my first day back on MyFitnessPal. We can do this together!
