1 month and 21 lbs down with pics

On 8/30/11 the wife and I joined the gym and totally changed our diets. We watch our calories but also stick to much healthier foods in general than our old habits of fried everything. I did not set out to loose weight fast I just started working out and eating right and I have dropped 21 lbs in the first 30 days. Posting a couple of pics of before and today. Hope they post this is the first time posting pics for me.

    Awesome start! Word of warning(I'm sure you know) it will start to slow down to 2-3 lbs a week. The first few weeks seems to just shed the weight. Looking good.

    well done on your weight loss, it is awfully fast so don't give up if and when it slows down, remember slow and steady it the trick

    Already seeing it slow down some. I have adjusted my calorie intake a bit but I expect it to go much slower from now on. But I feel better than I have in years so and am becoming addicted to the gym. Lol
