Brand new and need support. How do I build a support team?

I just started yesterday and need help structuring a meal plan and an exercise routine.

    Hi, welcome.

    Food - the MFP food tracker has a suggested breakout based on your goals you set.
    - try putting your meals in to see how they are.
    - to design a meal and you eat all food groups, choose a protein, choose a carb like rice, bread or potatoes, then choose veggies and fruit, and make adjustments to find good amounts.

    I tend to use the plate design to choose ingredients, sides, log them and then combine into salads, stir fries, bento bowls, soups, etc... calorie counting is the most flexible because choices are simply up to you.

    Same for exercise (the CO - calories out) in CiCo... choose something to try and enjoy - a class at gym or rec center, maybe online videos, or simply walking.
