IF I ONLY SLEEP 5 HRS PER NIGHT 5 X A WEEK AND CATCH UP ON THE WEEKENDS CAN THAT BE AFFECTING ME TO NOT LOOSE WEIGHT.

It could affect your bodys ability to repair itself...which could then affect your workout/exercise routine and have a negative impact, so I'd say ya.0

I'd say yes...at first I wasn't losing any weight for a month & changed my eating habbits & started exercising. My Doctor said I wasn't getin enough sleep. she suggested your body needs 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep to properly function & loss of sleep affects weight loss. So I started going to sleep earlier & so far a pound a week is has been coming off. : )0
