How can I find acess to the data base on my mobile or online for nutritional info and calories of a menue item at menurestaurants?

    I know that MFP has alot of them on here. You simply put the restraunt name and the food choice that you are looking at in and search and most likely it will popup for you.

    Just search the database online or using the mobile app just like you would search for any other food.
