How to lose weight

I want to lose weight and get toned. Been two months since I started this journey but I have only lost 1kg. (86-85)kg. My goal weight is 60kg. Exercise for a hour 6times a week. I don’t track my diet but I eat in moderation.What am I doing wrong and what can I do differently?

    If you've maintained (basically) your weight over the course of 2 months....you are simply eating at maintenance. Meaning you are consuming roughly the same amount of calories that you are expending....you're not doing anything 'wrong'. However, what you need to do - if you'd like to lose weight --- is to eat LESS than what you are expending.....

    So how many calories per day are you consuming? And how many calories per day (on average) are you expending?
