How to lose weight

I want to lose weight and get toned. Been two months since I started this journey but I have only lost 1kg. (86-85)kg. My goal weight is 60kg. Exercise for a hour 6times a week. I don’t track my diet but I eat in moderation.What am I doing wrong and what can I do differently?

Track your food. Moderation is obviously maintenance for you. The number one thing you can do is track your intake.5

You've answered your own question here.
Weight management is all about calories. If you think you're eating the right amount, you're not. "Moderation" is not a number!

If you've maintained (basically) your weight over the course of 2 months....you are simply eating at maintenance. Meaning you are consuming roughly the same amount of calories that you are expending....you're not doing anything 'wrong'. However, what you need to do - if you'd like to lose weight --- is to eat LESS than what you are expending.....
So how many calories per day are you consuming? And how many calories per day (on average) are you expending?
