Water intake is something that you really don’t need to track as so many foods contain a lot of water so you’ll never really be accurate. If you’re urine is fairly clear you’re hydrated.0

No, there isn't a weekly number in MFP.
I'm also curious why you specifically would like this number. Water is one of those things that (IMO) we really should be doing a decent job of daily, through the day, for best results. Drinking a bunch of water some days to make up for low days wouldn't make a lot of sense, seems like. (Sure, people need to drink more on some days if sweating more, or whatever.)
Is it just about wanting to check how you're doing with some personal improvement goal, without looking at each individual day?
Tom's right, for general health purposes, urine color is a decent indicator, and thirst works fine for some people as a guide.
All of that said, it seems odd to me that some kind of water tracking isn't included in "My Weekly Report". I suggested adding that (in the Feature Suggestions part of the Community), in case you'd like to up-vote the suggestion.
It's here:

I agree with both of you. Urine color can be a great indicator of urine health. I say “can be” because in some cases it isn’t. I take med that causes my urine to be a bizarre shade of yellow.
I fill several drink containers each morning that total my daily required water needs and that helps me keep track.
I believe that on our journey to build healthier habits trackers are wonderful ways to reflect backwards and gauge our progress and show us where we need to tweak things.
Adding trackers that we can personalize, turn on and off, would be great!0 -
I have found that limited water intake after 4 PM. Really helps to eliminate those bathroom trips after you fall asleep at night.0

It may seem to be helpful, but again in some areas where there's hot weather, it wouldn't be that much preferable.0
