Hello, and welcome!
I'm not sure what you mean by an abnormal eating schedule, but IMO being normal in various ways is over-rated.
Eating schedule doesn't really affect weight management directly, unless a specific individual finds it has an effect on their energy level, or ability to stay full & happy most of the time on appropriate calories. Those factors seem to vary a lot from one person to the next.
I guess I'm an overgrown woman (turning 69 next week)? I'm retired, so I tend to have an irregular eating schedule. I don't know whether that's abnormal or not, and don't really care. It works for me.
Best wishes!1 -
@bacon_double_cheese_burger - welcome! I was also curious what you meant by having an abnormal eating pattern.
I'm not sure what's normal, and like Ann I figure normal is overrated anyway.
@AnnPT77 - happy early birthday!1
