I'm sick too ... I had two eggs poached on low carb toast.
Sipping green tea now.

Sometimes I have leftovers (!)..I have a nice lean beef stew and I'll have a bowl of that.0

It sounds weird, but sometimes soup in the morning makes you feel good, full and is low carb0

make a tofu scramble with a bunch of veggies!
or an apple with peanut butter.
or just a simple fruit salad.
or some Greek yogurt with blueberries.0 -
If you're stomach sick, I would try bananas or applesauce/apples with maybe some peanut butter. Some egg whites might be okay too.0
