Late 30s Moms!

I am a 37 year old single mom of 3. I work and am having a hard time making time for myself. Looking for someone in similar shoes who'd like to start this journey with me and hold each other accountable. I don't have time to go to the gum each day so for me, it's mostly in home work outs. I have a goal of losing 50ish pounds so I'm in this for the long haul, won't be overnight. Message me if interested!!

    Also the photo was my pic from YEARS ago when I thought I was fat... that was 40 pounds ago 😂

    Weight loss is really tied to diet and daily calories. Exercise is good for your body and can help in maintenance but your food choices are key in weight loss.

    Hi, and about to turn 37 in a few weeks. I am getting started as well. I have been off anytype of healthy eating or exercise in about a year and gained 30 pounds. I am one pound away from 200 and its scary I feel like I'm losing control.

    Good luck. It really sneaks up on you when your kids start getting involved in activities and eating and exercising is hard to do well. Plan ahead and find a routine that fits your life and hold tight to it. I’ve been struggling for a couple years. But, recently found a new schedule that works. Gotta figure out the eating side though… that is even more important. Get some good momentum going at the beginning!
