Any mommy’s or any parents with young kids/babies on a fitness+health journey?

Hello :) I’m 28, and I have 2 beautiful sons, (20month old, 3month old)
And while I work part time, I’m mainly home taking care of my boys and the house. I’m trying to better myself and I have been consistent for the past couple weeks, but it’s getting abit lonely doing it by myself. I rejoined MFP in hopes that I can see others going on the same journey as form of motivation and maybe even make some friends 🥹👉🏻👈🏻

    It’s wonderful to see parents on a fitness and health journey! I’ve found that balancing self-care while keeping kids engaged with items from a toy shop can be a big help. Stocking up on School Supplies or fun Children's costumes for carnival gives kids activities to look forward to, helping make time for your own routines.
