Can you track oxalates with this app

    The food items only have the nutritional information found on labels, so, no, oxalates are not in the data.

    No. This app is really only good for tracking macros....even micro nutrients that are listed here/tracked here are often not accurate. If someone has a reason to track anything other than macros...some other tracking system/app is recommended.

    You can't. MFP doesn't measure that.

    I would suggest checking out Cronometer https://cronometer.com or

    Nutritionix https://www.nutritionix.com/

    I'm not sure if they measure oxalates specifically, but they do measure nutrients much more in-depth than MFP does.

    Their databases are not built by the users, but by the companies based on the USDA nutrition data site: https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/
