This time back on track for good

I've been on here a couple of times before. This time, I've really got to get the weight under control. I was at 300 before I started my new program. The only thing I changed at first was my intake of water and dropped 4lbs. If I can get my head in the game like last time, I"ll be doing good. I've got an 8 yr old who is watching me and I want to be a better example. She got in there and exercised with me today. Made me proud. I know I can do this and I will do this.

Here is a link to a group that I am in. Everyone is welcome to join, and all of the members are supportive. I found that this group has helped me a lot. Today is my 209th day of logging. Every month they start a new thread (they announce it in the current thread so it's easy to find.)

Having your daughter as motivation is great! I wish I would have been a better example to my boys in regard to eating better and exercise. I cannot change the past; I can only make improvements daily.

Come and check out the November thread and join us if you are interested. Keep your goals and your motivation in front of you - you can do this!

    You got this!

It really is a mental game. If you can stay persistent and develop good habits it will be effortless to lose the weight. It was for me anyway. :)
