I logged oatmeal choc.chip cookies made with Splenda and the nutrients came out high in sugar?

Why does splenda count as sugar when its for diabetic who uses it in place of sugar so blood level does not spike??

This happens also if you try to logg Stevia or any sweetner. And sweetner added foods. They count into the macros because MFP uses the TOTAL carbs : includes sugar alcohols as carbs.
My advice for this is to create your food and register % corectly, giving the food an easy name. MFP food data base is very very very wrong in most of the cases.0 -
I do Keto and to stay in the safe zone I built my personal list of foods from food labels. Using MFP labels would have been so so wrong.... unfortunately this is the biggest weakness of MFP and every other calory counter on the web.0
