What do you do on your days off from your scheduled exercise

I go to Curves Monday through Friday and am on their Curves Smart System...which I love...
But I do not go to the gym on the weekends...
I was wondering what you do to get in some form of exercise on your days off from the gym or whatever form of exercise that you do?

I always feel guilty when I don't go to the gym, so I try to go for a brisk walk.0

I'm going on a hike today. But usually I go for a walk or do a 30 minutes Wii Active set.0

I'm kind of the opposite. During the work week I have trouble getting in 30 minutes of exercise, but I can really increase it on the weekends. Especially when my son's at his dad's like this weekend. Since I don't have any gym membership or work out tapes, I ride my bike (ipod on an audio book and the time flies) or play with Wii Fit. Sometimes I'll go somewhere that's fun to walk around, like the mall or zoo. Sometimes I just clean the house, which is often the hardest workout of all.0

I've never had a gym membership. Things I do or have done for exercise are hiking, walking, running, DVDs (of many varieties), biking, rollerblading, step aerobics, Wii Fit, TV exercise shows like Body in Motion and Denise Austin, jump rope, lift weights, calesthenics (jumping jacks, squats, pushups, etc.), resistance bands ... there are probably others but that's all I can think of right now. There are many ways to stay fit without a gym.0

I tend to get obsessed about working out, and I stop enjoying it, so this semester I'm forcing myself to have at least two rest days (I work out in the mornings, but I have classes on Tue and Thu mornings), and it feels great. Then, I aim to go for a walk/jog or in-line skate one day of the weekend. I think that having at least one day off a week is absolutely necessary!!0
