Anyone know why McDonald's porridge is much lower calorie than other brands?

McDonald's plain porridge pots, 220g are apparently very low fat and 154 Calories. Other brands are all 200+. Why are McDonald's so low?

Could be. Apparently in store they just microwave the container as it comes.0

Where I live, there's no such thing as unsweetened McDonald's oatmeal. It already has the sugar mixed in. Years ago, you could get it unsweetened.0

Because it's regular plain quick oats mixed with hot water.0

Starbucks is also only 160 with out any additional add ins.0
