REintroducing Myself

Howdy folks, My Name is Lee and I live near Charlotte, NC on Lake Norman. I've actually been an MFP member for MANY years (at least 10) and have just gone stagnant and got lazy after reaching my goal of 100 lbs lost. (I've since regained 43 back which is why I am returning.) When you have the tools, you have no excuse. You know what works and what doesn't so it's my time to return like an addict who relapsed. Adding that I am a T2 Diabetic and now facing stage 1 Congestive Heart failure. I'm refocusing my life starting today. It's back to my 30 min/day Cardio on the elliptical, Cleaning my diet, but more importantly PORTION control which means I must Schedule, log, weigh, and measure again every time! It' means cut the sugar, cut the crap, and cut anything processed or artificially sweetened out. It's all about discipline for me. That's what dropped 100, thats going to drop the next 50 and get me healthy again. My wife and I are both diligently working on cutting the processed food, but in todays world? Easier said than done. Sticking with proteins, and veggies helps. I'll close by saying I am proof that you can drop any amount you are willing to work for. You can also gain it back when you drop your guard and get lazy.
