Foods: Grapefruit, Peanut Butter, Apples, Kale, nonfat Yogurt, nonfat milk, lowfat granola, and most greens!

    How do you drink your apple cider vinegar? I have heard of this before.

    As far as my faves, I love raw almonds, greek yogurt and a lot of the other things that have already been mentioned on here. :smile:

    You can drink apple cider vineagar straight (yikes! strong taste) or you can mix it with your water. Your pick!

    Coffee is a natural appetite suppressant and metabolism aid. Cant get enough. I love my Keurig!
