Obstacleone's weekly challenges

Hey Everybody,

every Saturday I post weekly challenges to do. They are based around completing a certain amount of distance and a certain amount of steps. Each week those numbers go up by a little bit encouraging you to do more in the week.

So if anyone else is game for this what I have for the challenges for this week are:

30KM (18.65Miles)
and 2000 Steps (one way (up))

Hopefully I can get more people doing these challenges, so far the people who have stayed with me these last few weeks has been loving it.

  • I've done 3 miles and 98 stairs so far. I hope to get another 200 stairs done today. Unsure about the mileage if I want to do more today or not.
  • My Update after 2 and half days:
    Miles walked: 8/18.5
    Stairs completed: 446/2000
