Wish me luck lol. I hope I get good results in my butt/thighs after 30 days.

Did you see results after a month? Seems too good to be true. :)

I just restarted her 30 day shred. I did it for like 20 days a couple months ago and i was already seeing big results! I am hoping i can make it through the whole 30 days this time!

The Shred results are great for all over. You should try Jillian's Killer Buns and Thighs, I am starting it on Wednesday. Right now I am just finishind up her Slim Down. I did the 30DS and Ripped in 30 over the summer and then started the Slim Down in September. My profile pictures are before and after the 30DS and Ri30 (June/July/August).

    Have fun with it!!!

if you put in honest effort (and by that I mean you are screaming very uncomplimentary adjectives at the screen) then it does wonders! I lost 15 pounds and gained strength and confidence like I've never had.

You will be very tired the first day, and very sore for the following 3 or 4 days. I had trouble sitting down; I fell more than sat. Then everything got stronger and felt better. Good luck and have fun!!

I've been alternating between 30 day shred and ripped in 30 videos everyday for the past 4 days. Today will be day 5 and I'm super sore but not going to stop! I know I will get stronger and it won't be so hard, but I feel better than I did 6 days ago before starting. :-)

You need a mat and 3-10 lbs weights depending on your strenght. Its alot of reps so I only use 5 lb on some of the harder moves. I am liking it so far because I am very sore. Lol.

You will need 3 or 5lbs hand weights and a mat if working out on hard surface!! finished 30ds the middle of sept and had amazing results!! lots 6lbs and a ton of inches..didnt take measurements..you SHOULD take measurements as most people loose mostly inches than weight!

I just started last night. I used some fruit juice jugs (not the huge ones). It was a little awkward but it worked.

(I really should just get some weights.)

I ordered it today! It should come early next week. I am tired of my gym routine, so I thought I would shake it up a little!
