My suggestion is to quit worrying about the wagon and a whole entire "program". Just do one thing that points you in the right direction. Do that thing for a week or so and add something else and then something else a week or so after that.
When I feel my habits start to slip, I focus on adding at least one vegetable to every meal. That generally leads to me focusing on eating a balanced plate at every meal. That might lead me to doing a better job of meal planning and batch cooking. I generally find that after a few weeks of rebuilding, I'm back into the swing of things.
For me, trying to go from zero to perfect just leads to failure. Setting smaller goals that I know I can achieve gives me a foundation of success to work from instead of frustration with the bigger process.3 -
How has your outlook of achieving your fitness goal changed throughout the past 8 weeks?0

One little change that helps me- Dont make eating choices when hungry. It engages too much of our lizard-brain. Choose ahead of time, and preferably cook and portion food ahead of time.0
