For some reason I am not able to edit. I weighed in this morning with another 1.2 lbs gone...I might need to reevaluate my goals! will be interesting to see what Monday says I think I will reevaluate it then.

I don't know whether I should start with today's weight of 145, or yesterday's weight of 149. I have a hard time believing that I truly lost 4 pounds overnight. I've held 148 since the end of August, which is about the time I injured my thigh muscles while running. I had an extremely painful therapeutic massage Tuesday which may have helped release some water?? I did increase my calories from 1200 (for a 1 pound loss per week) to 1400 (for a 1/2 pound loss) on Wednesday. I dunno. If I'm back to 149 on Monday's weigh-in I think I'll adjust my start weight.0 -
