Hello folks,
I posted a thread about a month or 2 ago, but I'm in arguably the best shape of my life and you can really tell a difference. You could when I posted the last ones too, but I just didn't realize that the picture I had been using for MFP was all the proof I needed. So, first I'll post a pic from a Cardinals game a couple years ago, then my MFP profile picture from May 2011, and then my family pictures we just took a few nights ago!

I live in St. Charles MO, but am from California so I'm a Giants fan, but my hubby is a Phillies fan. Since he cheered for the Giants last year I guess I'll do the same for the Phillies this year.0
