Hey, UK based fella here, wrong side of 45 and getting back on the wagon. Been back on MFP for a couple of weeks now and lost about 5lb towards my goal.
Not only kicking my diet into shape, but also getting back into the gym strength training and just built a new road bike to start plugging the miles, training towards cycling Lands End to John O'Groats. Also a keen snowboarder although limited to the UK indoor slopes at the moment.
Could do with friends to help keep me focus and on track while good habits settle in3 -
Aye go ahead and add me.. I’m back in the game.. currently on keto meal plans .. doing Pilates and weights 👍☺️4

Would love new friends but all I seem to get is men hitting on me. I'm not here for that.1

I’m getting started here - trying this out. Would like to drop ~25 lbs of fat … I know that won’t be easy! Wish me luck!0

Back on MFP (again). Took a long hiatus, stopped lifting, turned into a shape. Trying to relearn MFP while counting my macros again.0

Hello! I just started using MyFitnessPal again. I’ve used it for a couple years on and off. I just cleaned out my friends list so I barely have any friends on here and I need more friends to help me be more accountable!1

Hello 👋
I am looking for friends as well to motivate each other through anything, specially this journey.0 -
Back in the gym, protein shake in hand and trying to make sense of calorie counting like it’s rocket science. Rediscovering muscles I thought had retired and reminding myself that broccoli builds champions. Looking for solid motivation, accountability, and a crew on MyFitnessPal to push through the grind—or at least swap war stories about leg day and late-night snack attacks

Hello Everyone 🤗
Looking for motivation and support as I find keeping on track impossible if i'm honest.
I can't exercise other than walking through long term illness and have an insanely sweet tooth unfortunately.
So it's great to meet you 🤗0 -
Just reaching out for mutual support and motivation! I've been using MFP for a long time, but finally back on track. Let's support and encourage each other! Cheers!2

Not new! Back again for another try...
Seeing if I can get back to my original fitness level that I once had, doesn't hurt to have friends along the way! 😊2 -
Been doing it a while but still learning. Would like to listen and share advice.

Hey everyone, just introducing myself! I’ve been focusing on building muscle over the past couple of months and have gained about three pounds of muscle. Starting in December, I’m planning to kick off a six-month aggressive cut to lean out. I’m a rugby player and coach, so staying fit and active is a big part of my life. Excited to connect with others and share this journey!1

Hello everyone.
I am currently in healthy shape, but I want to be the best version of myself. I travel a lot due to work, so it is difficult for me to stay consistent, and I seem to be stagnated all the time.
I intend to be more active in my wellness journey, and I will try to use as much as possible myfitnesspal.
Looking forward to people with same mindset, let's keep each other accountable!0 -
