Am I the only one whose weight does not fluctuate?

I see a lot of posts here about people's weight fluctuating day to day by upwards of several pounds and I am surprised by it.
My weight never does that. In fact, if I weigh myself every morning at the same time I am always the same weight until *boom* I am down a pound or so and then I am the same weight again daily until I lose again.
In fact, I started weighing myself in the morning then again at night and there is always only ever a pound difference (I guess from food, drink, etc.)
I wonder if there are others who experience this as well?
PS - not a scale addict - just wanted to experiment after reading all the posts about fluctuation.

My weight generally stays within a pound unless I go way over my cals cuz of a party or something then it sometimes goes up 3lbs or so, but back down the next day.0

Mine is the same way. I weigh myself at the same time everyday(right after the "ahem" morning routine) and it is the same until the scale moves downward and then it seems I plateau for a while and the process repeats itself.0

I just lost 10lbs.of water weight in 3 days this week. It's nuts, but I don't let it get to me. I think the water weight came on due to carb binging (within maintenance Calories) and much sodium the week prior.0

Yeah, I'm pretty much the same, except for the fact that the fluctuation between morning and night is somewhere around 1.5 pounds.0

Mine doesn't fluctuate either. I've tested a few times, if I weigh myself at night, I'm about 1 pound up, but I can weigh every morning at the same time and be the exact same until I actually lose a pound. I also drink a lot of water though, so I assume I don't fluctuate because I don't have issues with water retention, and I never weigh right after a meal. From my non-scientific reading, weight fluctuations seem mostly to be due to water retention or undigested food (which can weigh quite a bit).0

Interesting. I drinks lots of water and I am pretty regular so that might be it. Thanks0 -
Mine usually doesn't fluctuate unless I eat something high in sodium, like the pasta i had from pizza hut last night
but if I eat clean then no it does not fluctuate. It's only when i eat processed crap that the scale goes up suddenly the next morning.0
