I'm a little over half way to my ultimate goal of 146 lbs. I have no rush to get there with a hopeful goal of next April. Being over halfway at six months makes me super happy as this shows it is very possible to do a transformation in about a year. I feel so much better about myself and I don't feel like I stick out as the fat chick anymore. I still have 2 lbs to go before I'm qualified under the healthy BMI scale. I'm VERY excited about that as I went from 30 something BMI down to 25. That 5 points is a huge change in of itself.
As far as exercise goes all I do is walk a lot, maybe 30 minutes a day. I also like to hike on trails! When I'm at school I walk up the stairs and skip the elevator. I eat smaller portions and logging my food is what has saved me from starving/stuffing myself. I eat everything and anything but in moderation. You don't have to miss out on life to be healthy.
Sorry if these pictures aren't the clearest. I was so embarrassed to even take pics of myself at 208 lbs and I only did it because I was wearing my *husband's* jacket which slimmed me down and wearing black. Oh well, there is some progress to see at least but ironically the biggest difference for me has been pant sizes and how I feel during physical exertion. I went from a size 16 to a size 11 and plan on getting to an 6-8 when I'm finished.
