Hi I'm Trisha I'm new to this app. I've always had my weight under control do to a substance abuse problem. Since getting sober over 4 years ago the weight just seems to keep piling on. I'm also on pshyc medication that I think also packs on the weight. I don't eat alot but what I do eat I know isn't good. I'm trying to find some tasty healthier foods that others have come across. I'm not big on vegetables, I only eat chicken or hamburger beef so it's not a very wide range. I'm also looking into the fasting aspect so any pointers or advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I've done intermittent fasting for years love it fits well with my job . My biggest issue is consistency at the gym . But good luck in Ur journey u got this drop an add if U want1
