My first EVER fitness assessment ... wow

I had my first fitness assessment today..
he took my measurements, weight, we talked about my nutrition, gave me my body fat %, and then he had me do some exercises ....
i was on the bike at 65 kph and my heart rate was ridiculous!!! 178 ...
i could only do 9 sit ups....
he didnt even let me finish the other exercises because i failed
my body fat percentage was 30%..
this is a HUGE eye opener.
things NEED to change..

just wanted to share with you all. i thought i was fit, im a healthy body weight and happy with myself, but after this assessment, i need to make some changes in my lifestyle..

    Do you actually mean 65 kph, or rpm? 65 kph is car-speed!

    lol yes rpm, i dont know why i wrote kph hahaha yea i wish i could go that fast...

    I look at this as a positive because now you have lots of measurable goals.

    You can track your own body fat % and see it go down. You can do situps and see that as you're getting healthier and stronger, you can do more.
