Lost weight after Thanksgiving

This year marks a monumental shift for me. For the first time in 49 years, I lost weight after Thanksgiving instead of gaining it!

No more feeling sluggish or stuffed—this season, I focused on staying balanced and intentional, and it paid off! Grateful for progress, perseverance, and a healthier outlook on life.

Here’s to celebrating every small victory! 🎉

Congratulations! That is monumental success! Big kudos to you!

I find weight loss during the holiday season amounts to sticking to one's usual fitness routine and making wise choices.

Congrats that is awesome. I stayed on program and actually was way under calories for Thanksgiving and came out heavier. I also have been off all week because my sister in law is here so alot of heavier food and just not holding myself accountable. However, she leaves today so I am going to get back on track.

    That's awesome! Congrats!

Unfortunately, my husband and I didn't cook this year. It was just the two of us. But, I regret it. Even if it's just the two of us, it's nice smelling the food in the oven and such.

We will be cooking in the future! Nothing wrong with leftovers 🙂
