Well in all of us there is always room for improvment. . . there is nothing discusting about you. . . Really it is about being comfortable with yourself in the skin you are in. . You love yourself. . . and if there are things that you want to change you do it!
Well I would say perhaps some ab work. .0 -
FIrst I think you are a beautiful young lady. And it looks as if you are having some success with weight loss.
I'd just recommend you continue doing whatever you are doing.
Don't really worry about "certain areas" work EVERYTHING and you'll be happy with the results. What are you doing now as far as working out? **I'm just asking NOT suggesting you are doing anything wrong***
Be proud of your success so far and keep on trucking.
You don't disgust anybody, I'm sure. In addition to working at the gym work on that confidence sweetheart.0 -
you can't spot reduce, but you just need to keep eating right,and doing plenty of cardio. good luck.0
