MFP app says it's already connected to a fitbit account

Created a new account today. Used the app years ago with good success so trying it again. Also have a new fitbit I want to connect but when I try MFP app says I'm already connected (still connected?) to my old fitbit account, which has been deactivated and i cant access. How do I sync up my new MFP account with my fitbit now?

    I have the same issue which I've been trying to fix. I have emailed the above email (@support) all I have received are generic responses.

    How does a person actually fix this??

    I keep getting the generic responses. I especially like the part that says to just email them with your ID# and they'll be able to fix it….. I have sent them my ID # twice in our emails back and forth.

    NOTHING…..

    Super sad.
