PCOS help!

Hey guys, Im new here. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I know that I can do a lot with diet and exercise when it comes to managing this. Does anyone have any good advice or recipes for eating healthy to lose weight with PCOS! Thanks in advance.

    Log your food. All of it. Study your FOOD diary every day. Find ways to stay within your calories. It isn't so much *what* you eat, but how much of it.

    We don't have much to go on, here.

    From what I've read, decreasing carb intake could be beneficial for people with PCOS.

    I have definitely needed to cut carbs and exercise most days to get anywhere with weight loss and PCOS. See if your doctor can refer you to a nutritionist. This website is super helpful: https://www.pcosaa.org/.
