I just finished with Level 1 Day 10 of 30 Day Shred! And I've been getting people telling me all week telling me I'm looking skinny. It really works!!! :-D

Congrats! I love the 30 Day Shred. I have progressed through the three levels a few times and always go back to it. Its a great work out and fun!0
