The biggest change is I cook all my meals. I go to the farmer's market to get fresh fruit and veggies. I have a gym membership and for the last 4 months worked with a personal trainer. 2024 has been about getting healthy. I will admit although I was put on Trulicity for my diabetes it has been beneficial to my weight loss too.
I still have a long way to go. 50# to feel comfortable in my body but more according to what they say my weight should be for my height.
I hit a huge goal getting under 200 #. Currently 196#
