Went shopping today and bought a size 16, yes thats right, a size 16. I couldn't believe it. I jumped for joy in the fitting room. I haven't worn a size 16 since i was a senior in high school. i couldn't be more excited and proud!!!
When I finally decided enough was enough i weighed 283.3 pounds. That was August 17, 2010. As of today i weigh 224.4. I can't recall what day i joined MFP but since joining i've lost 30 pounds. Woo hoo.
Thank you to all of my MFP friends and all of my friends and family who have supported me through out this journey and who continue to help me through the obsitcals that come.
wanted to post a pic but not sure how.

AWESOME, so Awesome! I too wore a size 22 and a couple years ago i bought a pair of baby phat jeans, regular $105, i paid $6 on clearance, they are a size 16. The other day i wore them to my sons football game where i flaunted my 92lb weight loss in front of my EX-husband! It was such a great feeling to finally be able to wear them, my mom said they looked really good on me. pretty soon they will be too big, can't wait for that! 63lbs to go until my ultimate goal! Keep up the great work!0
