Woo Hoo, finally having the will to survive family, friends and the "POWER OF " NO"!!!!, I am doing it.

Started a mini goal.

I want to loose my first 44 Lbs by July 4th.

I know I can do it I have researched it and I am into the whole foods, natural food and I am no longer obsessing!!!!!!

Good luck to one and all with the same missions!!!

    Good for you!!!

I set mini goals too. My mini goals are to lose 10 pounds at a time until I reach my big goal. That just seems so much more attainable and I don't get as frustrated.

Also, I'm also into whole foods and natural foods. My parents always kind of ate this way...so I grew up with it. It's great and so good for you! You actually taste the food...how it tastes in nature!

Good luck on your journey! I know you can do it!

Mini goals are awesome! I'm glad that your so motivated, and don't want to discourage you but make sure that you are being realistic. 44 pounds in 4 months is do-able... but hard! I set a 2 lb per week goal for myself and slayed it for the first 8 weeks, and then maintained for the next three. Now I'm all discouraged that I am 'behind'.
