Stopping self sabotage

Hi people, I am new to this community, i have been trying to lose weight for the nth time. But I keep losing my will and cant stop self sabotaging. Like eating chocolate in the night when im not even hungry. Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Does the chocolate have to be in the house? Don't buy it, or if you're living with someone who enjoys it, have them hide it for your sake.

    I agree with Lisa. Otherwise, make room in your daily calories for a 150 calorie pre-portioned chocolate treat that keeps you on track and not feeling deprived. This trick can often help dieters avoid binges. It’s all about learning balance in the long run.

    I think the allotment is a great idea and I am going to attempt this - 150 treat
