Bay Area California based. I’m seeking an accountability partner. Someone who is serious about fitness, rather a beginner or someone seasoned. I work out 6 days a week both at the gym and at home. Would love someone else who attends the gym and attempting to track their diet through this app.

I have a totally different question how the heck do you add people on here as friends1

To add friends, click on the persons profile picture then after you get to that screen, click “MyFitnessPal profile” button then you will see a profile icon with a + on it and it will take you to a screen that says invite friends. It’s a bunch of steps but that’s how you do it.0
