My nursing home food

They told us in the beginning there would be healthy options for food but there isn't any.It's usually junk, sometimes it tastes good sometimes not.Yesterday they shocked me, served me something healthy that was delicious. They served me Chilli with corn bread. I wish they would do that every day.It was probably 3 or 400 calories.

    It can be difficult cooking healthy in an institution ( nursing home, school, prison). Sorry to hear yours is not great. Here’s hoping that someone there will listen to you and make a couple small changes!
