I’ve been on this journey for about a year now and have lost about 25 lbs. My cycle has always been between 28-38 days. Since May my cycle has 100% normalized and it is always exactly 28 days! Has anyone else noticed they’re cycle get normal after weight loss?

Congratulations.
I cant say, back in the day, I had similar success with cycles.
May I suggest you are now more conscious of your personal dietary requirements, vitamin and minerals from your diet as well as the basic protein, fats and the, can be dreaded carbs.
When something so fundamental as this starts to be what is considered "normal", I am sure all the facets of female health behind it are all working in concert with each other. Treasure your great progress.0 -
I wish i could say that! I actually don’t track my food. I have a general plan in my head, and I do weigh a lot of the things that I eat so I get a general idea of calories. But the overall quality of my food really hasn’t changed much.0

Stress has a big effect for me, but I think that how I dealt with stress (like overeating / choosing a very unhealthy way of eating) was also playing a part. Now, I have the same or more stress, but am dealing with it much better, exercising and eating well.... and I have definitely noticed a difference. Yay consistency!0

Bodyfat plays a role in your endocrine system, producing hormones etc, so I'm not surprised it could change your cycle.1

Yes, this did happen to me. I am 63 now. But my gynecological doctor could not believe that I still had my cycle until 59. My taking care of myself & fitting in time to exercise & eat well helped me get to this point I am enjoying now.1
