I've had an iPhone forever and have had an app called Restaurant Nutrition. It's free and tells you the calories for every item from almost every restaurant in Canada and the US.
Look it up before you eat it you'll save yourself a lot of grief.

I'll be downloading that as soon as I have my ipod with me. It's so rare that they'll have a nutritional facts on the menu for you., let alone having them on their website.0
