For old times sake! I joined this app nearly 10 years ago at the start of my health conscious lifestyle and I was soooo active! On tracking my food as well as the community and I had made some awesome friends here. So for old times sake, here’s my selfie.
I’m back on my food tracking game. Was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and Prediabetes (thanks genetics) and I saw a naturopathic doctor that really helped me feel supported in this journey. I’m no longer taking my best guess from my Google research 😆
