It is not possible to update your water goals in MyFitnessPal at this time, but we will definitely consider it as a feature update.2

As a premium subscriber I hope you make this feature available soon. I'm surprised it isn't already.6

At this time, is it possible to change my water goal? TIA.1

I truly hope it is being considered. Water intake needs change based on a lot of factors, just like food needs1

At this point, as far as I can see, there isn't a water goal? There's just a counter we can use to add amounts we consume (in ml, fl oz, or cups). I used it at first, and it was easy for me to remember how the minimum number of cups I wanted to have by the end of the day.
I do find it dysfunctional that (in the Android app at least), the water item in my diary implies (by the 3-dot options) that I could set water reminders, but when I try to add a reminder, water isn't listed among the items available to be reminded about. Maybe that's what y'all are concerned about, though that wasn't obvious to me from how things are stated.0 -
Water goal definitely needs to be able to update. I need to drink way more thatn the 64 oz. it recommends. Please make this possible.2

Tried free premium to see if I could change my water goal. Sadly it's not even possible1

Also looking for this feature. I pay for premium. I need 120 oz a day and the default is only half that.2

True, please add this feature. It’s crazy that low quality apps already have this feature and MyFitnessPal not.1

Premium user here - please add this feature!1

It's really sad that in Jan 2025 - after 2 years of people asking this still isn't a feature. It would an easy feature to update especially since so many of the other daily targets are already customizable.2

Still Not available? Come on, Not that hard to Change the App.2

At this rate we're going to get GTA6 before a MFP water goal. @durden0

Premium user- just another reminder to add a water goal as a feature. Users have been commenting on it for years. Thx!1

The failure to add a changeable water goal is making me seriously question why I have premium. This slow-hanging fruit and clearly a user need.0

Since my target water intake is 2350ml per day. 1500 is not helpful. To make it 64 ounces takes it into the already at goal weight range and a 50kg woman.
Please fix this so we can put out realistic water target in.0 -
Please add this feature. I'm very surprised it doesn't already exist. The default water goal is way too low.

I guess there's no update on this. As a new user to myfitnesspal, I've been trying to find how I can adjust the the water goal and can't it seems.
