i havent tried it yet, but i have it in my collection. i also have yoga meltdown, no more trouble zones, 30 day shred, Jillian Michaels for beginngers: backside, and frontside..all ive tried is 30 day shred.. did the beginners frontside for a couple nights but it was too slow for me
  • Yeah i have 30d shred somewhere i gotta find it, Ive been doing the Yogo one and i like it but im getting bored. Wanted something I can switch up.

Yes! I have tried this as well as 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30 and No More Trouble Zones. BFBM is definitely harder than 30DS; it has much more cardio and is about 45-50 minutes (including warmup and cooldown); according to my Polar HRM, I was burning about 500 calories doing it. It was hard at first, but if you do it consistently you'll boost your endurance really quickly. I'm sure if I had done it consistently and stayed on my diet, I would have seen even better results.

No More Trouble Zones is more weights, less cardio. I recommend all 4!

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is hard! It is purely cardio for over 40 minutes. I don't think I've ever completed the entire workout. It is divided into 7 minute circuits (I think) so I usually did a few circuits a day. You don't use weights but there are some similar moves from 30DS. It will definitely tone you up if you are consistent with it. I need to start it up again! 30DS is just so conveinent that it is about 25 minutes.

I dont have one either, I was just logging it as Yoga for now then on here i saw someone say they burned about 250 doing it so i starting putting it under yoga but changing it too 200 calories. They have hrm on amazon for like 3 bucks. Thats the one i got for now. Dont have alot to spend on one. hopefully it does the job just fine.

Yep, got it and use it fairly regularly. It's good,as you would expect. But I miss the strength training element, so I mix it up with NMTZs, the 30 DS (again) and Ripped.
