I did it! came in under calories.....drank more water than I have in months....in fact it has increased my thirst...going to have to get another sip before I turn in! Tomorrow I am adding some exercise!! wooo hooo here we go!

    Good for you! The first day is always the hardest. I started my diet not quite two weeks ago. It gets a lot easier.

    Nice, Good job, water is the hardest part for me, just be careful not to drink to much at once, because it can actually strip you of your electrolites and dehydrate you. ^.^ Things I learn from my husband. ^.^

    congratulations. keep it up. first couple weeks are the hardest.
  • great job. it's hard to get all the water in for me. i use to drink 1 botttle in the morning, 1 on the way to work, 1 at work, and 1 on the way home. this really worked so i'm going to have to start back getting in this way otherwise i forget and try to drink it all when i get home than i'm up all night in the bathroom.
