Sunday Mini "Challenge"

The challenge for today is:

Go for a nice leisurely walk for at least 30 min.

Do NOT log this walk as the point of this walk is just to relax and take time for yourself. I have seen enough of my friends exercise cals to know that a nice slow walk just taking things all in and relaxing is not going to burn that many cals and besides if your worried about your cals your not relaxing!

Remember, the Sunday "challenge" is about relaxation and stress relief.

    That is really cool. I have lots of other planned "workout" stuff for tomorrow, but I think a nice relaxing stroll would be a lovely stress reliever. Challenge Accepted!

    Whoa, are you some sort of a mind reader? It's Sunday afternoon already here in Australia and this morning I went for a nice relaxing walk with my husband and our dogs - and I didn't log it!

    We went for a bike ride later although hubby dropped off at 20km and I kept going to do an extra 20km as hard as I could and I definitely counted those calories.

    I suppose instead of talking I can have some quiet time while taking a little walk today. :smile:

    I'm done. I went for 45 min with my daughter and the dog buddy. It was pretty nice and relaxing.

    Y'all are doing great, keep up the great work!!!
