Hi, I am new to this site and have been logging on for the last week. I have tried everything going to lose weight and so far this programme has allowed me to look at what i have been eating and more importantly do i really want to eat it. So far i have lost 2lb and i am delighted. It is easy to use and still allows you to live a "normal" life not a "dieters" life.

    welcome to MFP, yes it is a great site and the people here are lovely and supportive, Congratulations on the weight you have lost so far. The best way to lose weight is not to diet but to have a healthy eating programme. I always had the problem of not eating enough food so didn't have the calories I need to lose the weight and MFP lets me see when I need to eat more. Good luck :smile:
